The project initiation document will look in detail at potential risks and how to deal with them. During this period, a thorough analysis will be taken and recorded of how business processes that the project will affect are structured, staffed, and run. We then take these findings and create a fail proof plan of action.

The structuring of a project or business is pivotal to attractig the right investors and essesntial for the long term survival of the project or business. The Development stage includes:

Part of our review if to compare our mandat to what has been achieved, highlight areas of discrepancies and put in place an action plan to address the discrepancies.
